Define another coordinate system in webapp builder

Question

With the help of the Data Aggregation widget that I added in arcgis web appbuilder, I can use csv files when my points are in the wgs84 coordinate system. It doesn't show points that are in another coordinate system like TUREF. Can I enable this from within Javascript?

I am not familiar with another coordinate system like TUREF...
