Create Rack Layout for Utility Network Network elements in ArcGIS Pro

Hi,

While going through the "Communications Utility Network Foundation Workflow" Story map, we noticed a Racks Layout in one of the screenshots. I checked the tools in ArcGIS Pro and couldn't find the way to generate this Rack layout.

Can anyone guide me through where to find it and how to generate it?
