I'm having an odd issue when uploading georefenced PNGs to AGOL. In ArcGIS Pro, the PNG is georeferenced but when I upload it as a tile layer it pops up in the ocean again. It stays georeferenced when I restart ArcGIS Pro and I've tried uploading it at different resolutions, the issue still occurs.

- Projected Coordinate System: WGS 1984 Web Mercator
- Geographic Coordinate System: WGS 1984
- Tiling Scheme when uploading as a tile layer: ArcGIS Online/Bing Maps/Google Maps
- There are other PNGs that I have uploaded to AGOL successfully with the same spatial reference and tiling scheme, even for the same area.
Maybe there's settings\properties that I could check. Maybe there's an odd bug.
I'm quite lost so any guidance at all would be helpful.
