Error Uploading a PDF as an item on AGOL

Hello, I am getting an error while uploading a PDF file into AGOL via a local path/choose a file. What could be the issue?

I don't know if you solved your problem. But the problem we had was that AGOL has a size limit of 10MB on pdfs. Our users had to condense the file and then upload them. This is just one idea.
