Hi all, I tried to set graduated symbols, but now they overlap my point features, even if they are below them in the layers pane.

What release of ArcGIS Pro are you using? I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2 and have attempted to mimic your Map View with different data. I'm not seeing the same thing as you as my point layer is obscured by the polygon layer as Pro draws from the bottom up as you know.
