Number of Dataset Statistics Capability

Similar to the way that we can display Dataset statistics on the Web page in ArcGIS Hub. I am wondering if there is a way to do a Statistic that dynamically updates and displays the number of Datasets that a city have publicly available through ArcGIS Hub.

Similarly, it would be nice to access other metadata of a single file/dataset (or for a collection of Datasets), such as "last update date" for example.
