Go to XY tool

Question

With the Go to XY tool, I have the flash and pan function.  I do not the point graphic/mark location function.  Is this because of the version I am using -- ArcGIS Pro 2.6?

I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2 and this capability is available. Per the help doc -

* In a 2D map, place a point graphic at the location by clicking one of the three location choices: Mark Location, Mark and Label Location or Mark Location with Callout.

Hard to tell as it seems they've removed the docs for anything earlier that 2.8.

However, it does say that the point graphic tool only works in 2D.  Is your map 3D by chance?
