Is there an option to set Timezone to PST (Culture) when exporting data to FGDB and Excel from table?

Hi All,

We are using below url to export the data to FGDB and excel. But currently the dates are exported in UTC.

https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/users/<AGOLusername>/export

Is there an option to set Timezone to PST (Culture) when exporting data to FGDB and Excel from Table?
