Dashboard map refreshes but not the widgets

Hi there,

I've created a dashboard in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 with a map and an indicator widget. The map shows "Active" or "Closed" points and the indicator reports the number of "Closed" points in the map.

I've set refresh intervals at the map and layer levels to refresh the data in my Dashboard. However, only the map is updated, not the Indicator widget.

See the attached video where I update a point on the right panel by changing its status for "Closed". The map refreshes in the dashboard on the left panel but not the widget. The only way to get it right is to refresh the page.

That does the same with other widgets, in both Dashboard and Dashboard Classic.

Any help ?

Edit : The ESRI support investigated that and it's apparently a bug.

Few progress on that issue.

I tried everything with different browsers and in private mode on different computers or servers with no success. However, it works if I open the dashboard from the AGE hosting server through remote connect.

Any idea about why the widgets would refresh only on the hosting server ?
