Can't select image from iOS device's storage

I can no longer select an image file from iOS device storage when adding a survey image in the field app. I can use the device camera to take an image, but there is no option to select a file. I have my image questions set to annotate in survey123 connect version 3.13. My field app version is 3.14.237 and iOS version 15.3.1. I can select images in suvery123 connect. Any help is greatly appreciated. Al

Yes this is expected with the 3.14 update. The default behavior for annotate image questions is to use the camera when it first opens (as per XLSForm specification), and then by using the method parameters you can customize which options are available to the user.
