need help what to buy

Question

Hi all.  I am new to esri. If I want to find Surplus and Leakage of a particular Sector, which product should I purchase ?  I am not a web developer.  I'm a real estate developer

Looking for 3-8 acre commercial real estate sites in Southeast United States for Self Storage sites.

I would look into getting a Business Analyst Online account. This product allows you to enrich geographies of all sizes (counties, zip codes, census tracts, etc) with demographic/sales/market projection data. I am a GIS analyst for a commercial RE brokerage and use this daily to help advise brokers and perform due diligence. Happy to connect further
