Cannot create a new survey or use a template in Survey123

Hi, I am trying to get started with Survey123 but am having issues creating a new survey in the web browser. Every time I click 'Blank Survey' it returns the error:

"Unable to create a new survey

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')"

 

When I try to create a new survey from a template, the message "creating" pops up briefly before disappearing. No surveys or templates show up in my 'My Surveys'. I need to use the web browser at this time because I am not able to download software to the computer I am using this week.

It is working now - I didn't change anything so I'm not sure why - but I am happy!
