How to create stream network with 3D lines

Hi everybody,

I am using hydrology tools in ArcGIS Pro for creating stream network polylines, but they are with zero elevation. How to assign elevation from the DEM to these created stream polylines?

Thank you so much. I tested it, but still the features are without elevation! I exported features to CAD, there the same they had zero elevation!

You need to be using the interpolate tools in 3D Analyst, for example - https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/3d-analyst/interpolate-shape.htm
