Working with fire perimeter data submitted to me, and came across this mess. Any suggestions for easy ways to clean up? Repair Geometry didn't do much to improve...Thanks!
You could try using feature to polygon in tandem with smooth polygon to clean the area.
try a convex hull from

your points don't appear to form a polygon or do they?
