Lists are effectively organized extensions of paragraph text, and in Classic Story Maps, they supported map actions. While a set of buttons can be like a list, it doesn't allow for the additional context and detail we've been accustomed to including around map actions embedded in list items. For example, we have a paragraph about beach closures in general and the factors they have in common, followed by a list of individual beach closures with brief descriptions of their unique properties. The names of the closures within the list items used to be map actions zooming in to each one. It would be great to maintain both the organization and function in cases like that.
