Barcode Scanner not working for EUIs

Wondering if anyone has any experience with EUIs. These two are not recognized by S123. I tried many different zooms, angles, etc. and got nothing. However, the top QR-style code is detected by the default QR scanner built into my Samsung S8 near instantly.

Hi Abureaux,

Thanks for reporting the issue. I had logged an internal issue for this barcode scanner performance problem. Survey123 should support both QR cdoe and Code 93 barcode types and I was able to repro the performance issue with the latest version of Survey123 field app.

I would also encourage you to contact Esri Support Service to log a salesforce enhancement request so that you can track the status of issue fix.
