I have been having some problems with my grid survey, and I downloaded the Grid sample survey in Connect and if you look at the picture it doesn't layout very well. My question was how to get a survey to add a page. I have an embedded repeat, but for some reason, it shows up on the first page as well.

I am not seeing the same behavior with the Grid sample in Connect, just to confirm are you using the latest 3.13.251 version of Survey123 Connect?
