Maps not loading in Power BI service

As of yesterday the maps in Power BI service are not loading (just continues the spinning loading icon). Nothing was changed with the reports or overall settings. They appear correctly in Power BI desktop. I've tried disabling ArcGIS maps and reinstating and even re-publishing the reports but the error continues.

Have you looked at the developer tools in the browser to see if there are any obvious errors? My reports in the Power BI service are rendering as expected.

Does this happen in all browsers?

Anything specific to the network you are on? Eg works fine at home but not on VPN

Good day,

I am also experiencing this issue in my reports when using the ESRI map in Power BI service. I tried both in Edge and Chrome. I'm running on VPN, but I have people in our Houston office (not on VPN) experiencing the same issue.
