Is Using Survey123 with Portal for ArcGIS FOIPPA Compliant in Canada?

Hi All,

I am working for a Canadian municipality in BC, and I am wondering if using recommended Survey123 set up is compliant to FOIPPA in Canada.

Use https://survey123.arcgis.com with ArcGIS Enterprise. This is the most common, and recommended, way to work with ArcGIS Enterprise.
