Connect123 Error

Question

Hello,

I am experiencing the following when trying to save my xls form: "connect 123 error converting xls form: duplicate column header: name"

I cannot see any duplicate headers, the survey has been made from scratch using an advanced template.

Please help.

Hi Jen, I'm having the same error message and cannot find any duplicated column. Could you work out this issue? thank you.

Can you please share your XLSForm (xlsx file and media folder) so we can take a closer look?
