I am using ArcGIS 10.3.1.
When I add data to my map in ArcMap, the "List by Drawing Order" Table of Contents is blank although the layers show up in "List by Visitbility" is there a way to fix this display issue?
Can you reproduce the issue on a different machine/ user profile?
