Create a Buffer Feature from a Point Feature in ArcGIS Online

We have a point and parcel (polygon) feature of B&B and want to create a tool online that will allow us to locate new B&B's and create a buffer around the parcels that the point resides at. It also needs to categorize the feature as partial or full use of the home. Any thoughts appreciated.

Yes, it will create a buffer as a feature. You just have to enable it for the user.

Using the Web App Builder application, you can use the "Near Me" widget to configure a buffer tool and choose which fields are visible in your results.
