The search widget doesn't work with geocoders that don't use .com address.
In our organization, we use this geocoder:
https://gociteweb.longueuil.quebec/arcgis/rest/services/RechercheGeocodeurLongueuil/GeocodeServer
Experience builder tries to convert the .quebec in .com.
