ArcMap 10.3 "export map" crashes application

Question

When attempting to use "Export Map" feature (10.3) application crashes. I attempted to use the feature on a new template document with no layers and the issue is still present, so appears to be a program issue not a project issue.

Not sure how to upload the .dmp file

Given that 10.3.x is no longer supported, as of Dec. 2, 2020 (https://support.esri.com/en/Products/Desktop/arcgis-desktop/arcmap/10-8-1#product-support), would you be able to try with a newer version of ArcMap or even ArcGIS Pro?

It may be hard to get support for that old of a version.
