Hello community,

I am new using Survey123.

I have this form that I am creating, and I am listing all the names of my coworkers. I'd like that each coworker name be linked to their specific email. And if possible the form be attached to the email. For instance:

- Bob (if the Bob name is clicked an email will be sent to Bob with the option having the survey form attached)

- Rick  (if the Rick name is clicked an email will be sent to Rick with the option having the survey form attached) and so on

You can automate the sending of emails and attaching survey form data in the email via a webhook provider. The Survey123 app can not send emails directly, but you can do this via 3rd party webhook providers. Please check out the following resources:
