Not Connected to Organization despite being Signed In

I've run into this error more often than not, which means I cannot access the content in my organization.

Included are photos of the specific automated response.

Before, for some reason, after downloading the ArcGIS Online app from MS Store here worked: https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/web-apps/esri.sol-14320-fil?tab=Overview

But that is no longer the case, and makes me wonder why it was a short term fix.
