Quick ReportApp - GlobalID Blocking Submission through App???

Question

Home Stretch.

So I have everything up and running smoothly. The WebApp works. I got through my licensing issues  and packing issues and got them online smoothly.  Now, I have an uploading issue that I didn't foresee.  When I hit submit on the app this error happens. I am pretty sure that it is the globalID interfering but I don't know how to fix it.

There was another post about globalID and attachments but that is a completely different line of code.

Any suggestions?
