How do I created MBTiles using the Data Interoperability extension in ArcPro? I can't find good instructions anywhere.

The Workbench application is launched.
The workbench doesn't launch. I did check and I have the extension available, and I installed the .exe file for data interoperability.

Have you followed the steps in Create an Esri Spatial ETL tool ?
You can start with the creation of an Esri Spatial ETL tool, or create a workflow in FME Workbench (launch from Start button), and refer the FMW file to an ETL toolbox.
*Just checking if ArcGIS Data Interoperability is installed, and license is available.
So I follow some of the Instructions there but when I created a Spatial ETL Tool the Workbench doesn't open.

The extension is designed to import/export from one format to another, so the actual creation is probably not covered explicitly, other suggestions are to consult the FME workbench or QGIS help documents
