spatial adjustment tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3?

I cannot find a spatial adjustment tool in my ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3?

Does this tool exist in the new ArcPro? If not, what is the alternative?

Not at the moment. My organisation is supporting only ArcPro 2.3.3

Peter - are you not able to update from ArcGIS Pro 2.3.3 to the current release of ArcGIS Pro 2.8.x?
