Use touchscreen to create freehand polygon without moving the map

Hello,

I want to use my HP Envy's built in touchscreen to create freehand polygons. When I touch with the stylus it creates the polygon but also moves the map and I can't draw where I want to. Is there a quick button to disable the navigation function?
