image on a polyline on ArcGIS Online

Hi guys,

I was wondering if it is possible to layout an item/image on a polyline on ArcGIS Online, like you can see it in the picture below?

In ArcGIS Pro it is possible. But I haven't found a solution in ArcGIS Online yet. Is there a workflow with Arcade conditions in labeling?

Hey Russell,

I'm sorry I cant't share the data at this time of the project. 
It is a simple Polyline without any special information. The icon is a .jpg. 
The endprodukt is a digitalisation of different bike lines in a city area.
