Strange Circular Arc Draws when drawing a new line feature in ArcGIS Pro 2.7 - How do I remove it?

I don't know if anyone can assist me with this but I have experienced something strange in my ArcGIS Pro. I was editing to a line feature class and while drawing the straight line, a circular arc with dimensions started drawing with the line segment. I am able to complete the segment and get my work done, but its just annoying. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or how to get rid of this? Did I accidently invoke a setting of some kind? HELP!!!! (See pic in attachments)

They are called Dynamic Constraints and you can turn them off with this button:
