When I create a tpk and publish it to ArcOnline the linework and labels look as if there is a white halo added to every element making the map illegible. I have since created two separate tpk's, one for labels and one for linework. The labels now come in nicely but the linework still looks terrible. I have played with transparency, linetypes, layer order and cannot figure out a way to have everything publish nicely.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what can fix this?
