Interested in Fiber Engineering & Design tool

Question

I'm interested in any tools that are available in ESRI that promotes Fiber Networks. Would like to see if there is any development for fiber engineering, layout and design programs in ESRI as well.

Currently I'm the: Tacoma Power Supervisor - HFC Design & Planning
