Did ESRI just mess up the Classic Web Map viewer extents? My website has been working fine for years and suddenly now its not showing the full extent but only a small area right in the middle? I didn't do anything so thought I'd ask if ESRI did?

I'm not 100% sure, but it might be related to Esri's switch of the raster basemaps to vector basemaps. Please see this blog,Reminder: Raster BaseMaps Moving to Mature Support
You may want to change the basemap used in your web app.Hope this helps,
