ArcGIS Field Maps crashing

Hi all,

We are using Field Maps on a Samsung Glaxay Tab Active Pro Tablet, Android 10. The backend has all of the data in SQL Server EGDB and we are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1. Our workflow is that users will always use offline areas, with sync enabled on a 15 minute duration. We are using Workforce One as the MDM.

We have a point layer that we can add data to and then sync, we can see that it has worked by viewing the data in a simple web app in the portal.

However we have other data that Field maps says has been synced, but it does not display in Portal, and even worse we have a polygon layer (in the same service as the point layer) that when we try and sync just crashes Field Maps.

Has anyone seen anything like this with Field Maps?

Hi Ben,

As described in this post, we've been experiencing performance issues and crashes on certain Android tablets using Offline Maps. The Galaxy TabActive 2 is struggling with Field Maps in our case.  We are working with content hosted in ArcGIS Online. ESRI is aware of it, but there is no solution yet.
