My team and I are making a public facing Web App using Web App Builder. We want people outside of our organization—and without AGOL accounts—to be able to use the buffer tool. The Analysis tool seems like it is limted to people within our organization. Is there a way to do this?
Run a buffer in arcMap, under geoprocessing results share it as a service, then it web app builder you can use the add geoprocessing widget
What is the purpose of the buffer? For a visual reference, or for users to actually export the results? The buffer tool under Analysis requires that a user be able to own content items in your portal, but there may be other ways to do this, depending on the ultimate goal.
