In ArcMap, is it possible to modify the timeout time that establish that a layer cannot be reached?
Working with a mxd with several layers that have its datasource missing, I think that the time that ArcMap needs to open that mxd is directly related with the sum of the timeout value of all broken link layers.
If there would be a possibility to decrease that timeout value, the time that ArcMAps needs to open will be less
