VectorTileLayer graphic not clearing

I am using VectorTileLayer with the tile data served from custom built server. The polygon is dynamically generated on the server.

 

When I zoom in, the image from previous zoom level was not cleared.

I attached the animated gif.

 

I am using @arcgis/core 4.19.0 and Chrome Version 90.0.4430.85

Hi there,

The service is within company firewall. I will try to create a public hosted minimal service to reproduce this issue in the meantime
