Unable to create field group with a field I have as an input join field

Hi,

Here is my issue: I created contingent values with a layer and everything worked well. I then added a join to my layer (the input join field is one of my contingent field value. Since then, the contingent values has stop working. I tried everything again, but even when I try to add a new field group, the field I am interested in is not being showed. How come? Is there a workaround to this problem ?

I will show you a screenshot of my fields and the options I have when I try to create a field group.

When I put the join back, I get this error message when I try to run the ''Near'' tool:

When I remove the join, everything works normally, yes.

If you remove the Join, does the Contingent Values return to normal behavior?
