Creating a webmap with weather watches and warnings. When the weather watches are added to the map they are for the entire United States. We are only interested in seeing those that fall within a particular area. I am using a service from living atlas for the watches and warnings and have another feature layer polygon of our area of interest. How, on a portal webmap, do i only show those watches that fall within our area of interest?
