this map mentioned in the link above continue many data and information that you can find in living atlas but you can't download it

The Ecological Tapestry App is web based application. It's meant to be used on browser. It cannot be opened in ArcMap.
However, you could explore the Global Ecosystems data for download.
Connect to arcgis online and browse the Living Atlas data.
