Animated line or point along a line

Question

Hello!

Does somebody know you can make a moving/animated line or moving point along a line in ArcGIS Pro? I would love to make an animation where a line or route is drawn while playing the movie. I find it hard to get some information about it. I know it is possible in Mapbox, but I really want to do this in ArcGIS.

I saw something in this video, on 0:49 sec. So in some way it is possible, but I can't figure out how..
