Publishing to Portal ERROR 001369: Failed to create the service.

Trying to publish a hosted feature layer of spot elevations with about 20,000 points to my Portal and getting an error message;

Consolidate data
Staging feature service
Compressing package into SD file
Staging successful
Uploading service definition
Publishing tool initialized
Publishing web layer (AGO)

Spot_Elevations 121 WebFeatureLayer (client name) (portal name) administrator 2021-02-22 09:57:42 Status: InProgress StatusMessage: ERROR 001369: Failed to create the service. Failed to execute (Publish Service Definition). Failed. Failed to execute (PublishServiceDefinition). Failed to execute (Publish Portal Service). Failed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the reply.  We found 3 features in the data set that were causing issues so we removed them.  Seems to be working fine now.  Thanks!
