Hi,

So far ExB does not support importing custom fonts. You can change the fonts based on the provided 9 fonts options.

But, supporting more and custom fonts is on our road map. Please stay tuned 🙂

Adding custom fonts is an inseparable part of a satisfactory web dev project, and there's already a community request for that.

It'd be nice to see the team making this a priority. Around two years since it was on the road map, as @Wei_Ying suggested.

Any new information from Esri? We are also waiting for this. Our orginization have a graphics profile, and in that they have specified the fonts our orginization should use, non of them are available on AGOL.

We would like to be able to use Open Sans.

Currently, Experience Builder only support custom font using developer edition.

Users can add custom font in a custom theme, here is the doc https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/theme-development/#import-fonts
After defining a custom font in a custom theme, it can be used to app according to this document https://developers.arcgis.com/experience-builder/guide/theme-development/#apply-custom-fonts

Currently only the dev edition supports custom fonts, and you may apply to imported AGOL/Enterprise application, but you have to deploy the app to server then.
For Online/Enterprise edition directly use custom font, we plan to support it in future.

Adding my voice to the request for this feature! Having the ability to import like you can when building a Hub/Site would be great. I'd also just be happy with what I'm assuming would be the easier fix, just add maybe a dozen or so choices to the list of already available fonts (e.g. open sans, merriweather, merriweather sans etc). What's currently available is pretty limited. I'm currently building a variety of demo apps for my org to showcase ExB capabilities; the impact would be even better if I had a few more font choices.

I'm currently limited to AGOL in my org at the moment so Developer version isn't an option...actually, looking at documentation right now and maybe it is; will continue investigating that option.

Honestly, customizing fonts shouldn't be so difficult. I have no idea where to start using the developer edition. It'd be awesome if it would work with themes like StoryMaps. I hope this gets resolved soon. Thanks!

Hi! I don't have these options under "Theme font". Where is the options you show in your screenshot located?

EDIT: I had to change the theme from my current one before I got these options. It was not enabled by default within the existing one I was using.

Hi @ErikAIversen, same here, and I didn't realize choosing a new style was what triggered the availability of new menus until you mentioned it. Thanks!

Hi, the new font setting is available for the new theme. If your existing app is still using old theme (which is by default), this won't be available.
