I need a license string runtimelite,1000,rud######### but I cannot find how to get it with the new site https://developers.arcgis.com/
I try to create API key but I just get a long string that looks like a token. My default API is runtime for .NET (as far as I can see...)

Go to https://developers.arcgis.com/net/license-and-deployment/license/#license-string and sign in. The lite license string is now presented in the doc topic itself.
If you need to get there from the dashboard you select the docs & tutorial of RunTime then you scroll down in the list of topics to the License section and there you find it...
