Appreciate your help in this matter.

I'm trying to access ArgGIS from Power Bi but i keep receiving the below message when I use google credentials:

Couldn’t sign you inThis browser or app may not be secure.Try using a different browser. If you’re already using a supported browser, you can refresh your screen and try again to sign in.

At this point it might be best to reach out to Esri Support.

the thing is that i'm the admin of the organization and i created it using my google account. I can't change the internal browser that pop-ups when i click on the login.

Can anyone help please?

What happens when you use a different browser? Also, clearing all your browser history and cookies could help solve these issues. Has this worked in the past? I am wondering if the "Google" sign in to AGOL is the culprit here, meaning you might need an organizational-based login instead.
