Snap2Map snag

I took Owen's advice and went back to my Snap2Map/Share...it was public.  I had completed that task; however, I sent the URL for the application to my Geomentor, who was sitting next to me, and she had to first Log in to my Organization.  What is going on here?

Sorry about that, something must have gone wrong in the sharing process.

I suggest you use My Stories | Story Maps to share your tour. That tool will make sure all his right. Just login with your ArcGIS Online account and your Tour will be there.
