Related data | visualize data

Hello,

 

Hope you are all safe.

I am using ArcGIS Portal 10.8.1 and I have an open data site configured in it.

I am facing the following 2 issues:

1. when I go to a feature layer page, I cant find a related data tab even though I have many layers using the same tag, and even though I have a webmap and a web app for this layer, but still I cant find the related data tab as mentioned here: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/sites/latest/sites/discover-data-in-sites.htm
2. when I go to a feature layer page, and then click on an attribute, the map doesn't visualize data as it is mentioned here: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/sites/latest/sites/visualize-data.htm

Am I missing anything?
