Can layer properties be changed with arcpy in ArcGIS Pro? For example, I need to change 3D layer elevation properties from "At an absolute height" to "On the ground". However, I always have to do it manually and then convert the Multipatch to feature class.
In ArcMap, there is the UpdateLayer(), but it seems to be missing in ArcGIS Pro.
